The Ambition

Together is a property finance specialist; for 50 years helping people realise their property ambitions by making finance work in the real world. Yet, awareness of the business’ expertise and strong relationship based approach to lending is not broadly known. 

To fuel future growth, Together needed an impactful campaign to drive brand awareness and acquisition of commercial and residential customers, positioning it as a brand that values its customers as real people and not numbers.

The insight

Whether a commercial or personal customer, in a world of uncertainty and daily change, there’s always a real fear of missing out on the dream property.

But Together prides itself on its common sense approach to lending – while some lenders rely on algorithms and tick boxes, the brand’s experienced underwriters look at the bigger picture, and get to know the person behind the numbers.

They’re empowered to use their common sense when making decisions to get their applicants a straightforward answer that fits their timescales.

The idea

By looking for ways to say ‘yes’, Together has designed its loans and mortgages to be more accessible – which means it can open doors, even when other lenders may close them.

‘Opening Doors since 1974’ is a fully integrated campaign including 30 and 15 sec TVCs, and ads across social media, commercial trade publications, print and display.

Working with Studio Hansa on TVC production, Pitch & Sync on a custom soundtrack and Very Media for media planning, Continuous led the project from concept all the way through to individual deliverables.

The impact

Set for two bursts of activity, the campaign combines Together’s history and heritage as a trusted lender with its ability to build meaningful relationships with its customers to unlock their brighter future.
