Setting a new course
Amtico needed a tactical campaign to launch its latest Marine collection – spanning premium stone and wood finishes engineered for cruise ships, charter vessels, and ferries.
While compliance, safety, and durability are non-negotiable in the maritime sector, they are increasingly treated as table stakes. To stand out and stay front of mind, Amtico needed to highlight the limitless creative choices it gives maritime architects.
Designed for life on water
Interior design directly impacts the onboard experience, whether that’s delivering the heightened luxury and personalisation demanded by cruise passengers, or showing a duty of care through comfortable environments that support crew wellbeing on long-haul vessels.
Amtico’s point of difference is in empowering clients to create and realise their own designs. By understanding these onboard human and practical challenges, the collection bridges the gap between functional performance and the emotional reality of life at sea.
Discovery awaits
‘Discovery awaits’ captures the spirit of exploration that defines life on the water, as well as the design freedom Amtico Marine brings to every project. More than just a flooring collection, it’s a compelling invitation to architects and designers to push boundaries, unlock creativity, and craft interiors as unique as the vessels themselves.
A nautical visual language – including a graphic device inspired by nautical charts, latitude and longitude lines and compass motifs – anchor the collection's marine identity, while imagery highlights the onboard journey from sunrise to sunset.
Making waves
The campaign successfully elevated Amtico from a functional supplier to a high-value design partner in the maritime sector. By leading with design freedom rather than technical specifications, the campaign gave sales teams a flexible, compelling narrative to win places on tenders and engage key decision-makers across cruise, ferry, and charter markets.
